Its my own fault all iv done all week is be bad and eat lots n lots ice cream! Todays start of a new day and im trying to be organised.

Thursday 24th November - ee

B - 2 x small brown bread, dairlea triangle and chicken

Snack - apple

Lunch - left over sw curry with satsuma and ff yoghurt

Snack - tub of pineapple

Dinner - chicken pasta with pasatta and mainly veg (onion/mushrooms/peppers/celery/green beans/ mange tout and baby corn)

Supper - green tea (Was surprisingly nice)

Syns - 0/105 syns

You should be! Im having a no syns day today, well Ive had one but hoping that will be it so i have 30 syns to play with sat and sun x
 
Im using my syns tonight for vodka haha but means ill have 30 to use tomorrow when at my bfs :)

Friday 25th November - EE

S - tub of pineapple and 2 * satsumas (3 of my 5 a day)

L - leftover from dinner last night lots of super free

D - fish, syn free chips and peas

Weather has been awful!!

Well another bad weekend sorta :( Arghh!

Girls night out sat stuck to vodka only had a few and was home by 1am!!

Saturday 26th November - EE

B - 2 x small brown bread, bacon and tomato

L - chicken nan with salad (15 syns for nan was a tiny one)

D - special fried rice (10 syns - didnt eat it all)

Syns - 25 syns
Weekly - 40 syns/105


Sunday 27th November - ee

B - 2 x white bread and butter (15 syns)

L - Half Roast Chicken with Roast Potatoes & Vegetables, per serving(counting it as 7 as only ate half and didnt eat roast potatoes)

D - sw chicken satay with mushrooms/peppers and onions (3 syns)

Syns - 25 syns
Weekly - 65/105


Monday 28th November - EE

B - 2 x small brown bread, 1 dairlea trinagle and ham

Snack - 2 satsumas

L - chicken cesear salad with fry light spray (Mixed lettuce/spring onion/ cucumber/ cherry tomatoes/ cheese rest of hex a/ croutons (5 syns)

D - chicken and veg pasta (Pasatta/onion/mushrooms/peppers/courgette/celery/green beans/maungetout/baby corn/peas)

Supper - turkey meat, mixed lettuce, spring onion, cucumber, cherry tomatoes with cesear fry light

Syns - 5 syns
Weekly - 70 syns

Hey Kirsty! I had an awful weekend too :( ate well over my syns, thought I was doing great avoiding chips after my night out but had too much bread this week and LOADS of choc :( 1lb on for me which is totally deserved! No bread for me this week, really really want a loss! Hope you've a fab week :)
 
Im hoping for a small loss to lose some of the weight i gained when ill most people lose but not me i gain haha!!
Hope you have a better week this week.
I determined lose 7lbs by christmas.

Tuesday 29th November - Green

B - 2 x small brown bread, ham (1 syn was just one wafer thin slice) and dairlea triangle

S - 2 x satsumas

L - leftover dinner from last night (YUM) minus the chicken

Snack - mini animals and a milky bar
(8.5 syns)
D - quorn chilli with rice with mushrooms/peppers/courgette/moungetout/green beans/onion

S - 2 x small brown bread, dairlea triangle and 2 eggs


Syns - 9.5 syns
Weekly - 79.5 syns
