So I just weighed myself and this is after a plate of Chinese food-
I was 14st 10lbs pre-labour, I had a 9lbs 11oz baby and I now weigh: 13st 5lbs!!!
So a total loss of 1st 5lbs (or 19lbs) since Monday
Still 2st 2lbs away from BFP weight but that's ok, I plan to ease myself back into SW soon as I'm ready and then I'll set a new target x

That's pretty good. You'll still be carrying water so wouldn't be surprised if that continues to go down. Don't panic x

It's quite surreal having a baby in the house but I can't imagine my house without him in it now

Don't worry about the weight. I think I started back too soon because the minute I went totally back on plan I stopped losing weight. You have plenty of time just enjoy the changes.
Little boys are gorgeous. They love their mums. I've had a 9lb 11 baby it's big you did amazingly well.

I'm not bothered about my weight, I've got a beautiful boy to show for it
I will get back into it when I'm ready, prob at least not until we've had our 6 week checks and then I'll see how I'm feeling about it.
In the meantime I'm just gonna eat as healthily as I possibly can
He is a Mummy's boy, we noticed when he in the womb he would react to my touch but would run away from hubby's touch!
We've very happy and I'm so proud of my little family and it's great seeing my hubby with him, makes me love him even more than I do already

Great news!!
Our friends have had their little one- a girl, Abigail, born at 7:30 this morning, 8lbs 9oz
So Oliver has a little girlfriend already
And it's so lovely that they are 2 days apart, can't wait to meet her
Just waiting on my other friend now, to have her little girl

So yesterday once we was home from hospital, we had visitors
First my parents, sister and Nan. Oliver was fab, slept as he was passed around
Then we had my in laws round for cuddles
Again he slept through it all!
MIL brought us a bottle of Prosecco so we had a glass each with her to celebrate Oliver
His first night at home was pretty good- we went to bed at 12, he had already been asleep since 11 so we took him up in Moses basket and he slept through until 2 when hubby got up to feed, bum change and cuddle him.
Back asleep by 2:45 then woke again at 4:45 so my turn to do feed, bum change and cuddle.
Was back asleep by 5:15 but then woke us up at 6 and all he wanted was cuddles
After cuddles and a bum check, he went back down at 7 and stayed asleep until 10:45 when he woke for feed and bum change.
MW came round at 11, she's really pleased with me and him and answered all our questions
Asleep again from 11:30 until 1:30 for feed, but he fell asleep straight after and he's still asleep now!
He loves his sleep and has settled in his Moses basket really quickly- it's been easy to transfer him to it from a cuddle without waking him up
Imagine he'll be awake soon for a bum change
Hubby has been brilliant at helping out- I'm still in a fair amount of pain so I'm limited to what I can do.
Had some lovely gifts for Oliver and he's getting a nice bit of blue in his wardrobe
He is fitting into most of his 0-1 month clothing, only a few bits are too small so I imagine he'll be in 0-3 months very soon, chunky monkey!!!
He also got his first parcel today, little gift from some friends

Another lovely day almost over, really enjoying motherhood so far
Last night Oliver was pretty good, waking roughly every 2.5 hours for a bottle, bum change and a cuddle. Me and hubby took it in turns again so we both got a good amount of sleep
No visitors today so we've just been enjoying him and chilling out ourselves
Tomorrow we have hubby's sister visiting with his parents too, one very excited Auntie!!
Sunday MW is due round, and then hubby's auntie and uncle and cousins.
Monday my parents again and Tuesday is a big day- we are going to register him officially
Going to make an afternoon of it and pop to Costa and get Oliver a few more clothes- he's a big boy and long too so we need some better fitting sizes for him plus I have £40 gift voucher to spend in H&M so guess who'll I'll be spending that on
Been out in the pram today and he slept! He just loves his sleep and will sleep anywhere, which is fab!!
