2 days 100%, today I'm off out for lunch with my best friend as I'm child free
Oliver is spending the day with his nanny and grandad
Going to The Crown in Stoke by Nayland which is my fave restaurant ever and our usual lunch spot, it's not SW friendly at all tho so as I'm driving I'll be sticking to water and black coffee.. Food wise well I've looked at the menu and I honestly don't know what to have... Plus I've seen they have a tiramisu on the puddings menu, which is my fave pudding ever!
So I need to be strong and only have a main course, maybe one of the salads...
I'm well under my Syns for the week so far tho and I can be low Syn for rest of the week of nessecary... The important thing for me is making sure I don't fall off the wagon after lunch but I'm feeling determined not to...
So today's plan:
Extra Easy
A: 350ml skimmed milk
B: 27g Quaker multigrain oats
Breakfast: A&B with 1tsp Nutella (1.5 Syns), coffee made with milk (from A)
Lunch: out at The Crown- garlic and herb chicken (skin removed), tomato and cucumber salad, cous cous and Harissa (on the side, only had a small amount)
2 glasses diet lemonade
Tiramisu
Dinner: lemon chicken (SW recipe- chicken, green beans, asparagus, spring onions, lemon) served with egg fried rice (rice, eggs, peas, spring onions) all FREE
Sprite zero
Daily Syns: prob about 40?
Weekly Syns: 56.5/105
