Kirsty's pregnancy and new Mummy diary- from 30 weeks onwards!

You deserve a good weight loss after being on plan all week. When you seeing HV? X

I think so!
Tomorrow after group- I'm kinda half hoping she'll say we can do it, cos it's getting too much, and I'm kinda half hoping she'll say no as it's too early! X

I did it!!!! 3lbs off :D :D
Meaning I have my stone award and have now lost a total of 1st 0.5lbs :D
Just got 4.5lbs to go until my club 10 and 3 more WI's until my holiday so hoping I can get it by then :D
Onwards and downwards we go xx

Very good well done!
I'm thinking of swapping from ww but don't know if I could cope with the lack of bread/cereal mmmm x

Thanks :)
I know what you mean- the cereal allowances on SW are poor but I find that porridge works well for me- you can have 30g of porridge oats (I think!) or what I have for quickness is a 27g sachet of Quaker multigrain oats, takes 2.5 mins in the microwave and is very filling!
Perfect for us mummies :) xx

Just thought I'd post today's food whilst I wait for IT to start -

Yeh it did- I won Slimmer of the week too :) :)

HV has said to start trying Oliver on baby rice and take it from there.
If he has any bad reaction to it, we have to stop and go back to just milk for a week and then try again...
So going to try him with it tomorrow and see what happens...

Good luck. Just make sure he is sitting upright and little mouthfuls. X
