Yes, Saturday evening approx... Long journey ahead.
Thank you. So I'm on the scales in the morning, really dreading it but already feeling good that no matter what they say I'm doing something about it, my first fast for weeks is tomorrow. Dreading how I'm going to feel but looking forward to not eating at the same time!
I think it's mostly wine, baguette and salty snacks weight! A good fast day today, came in at 507 calories (counting small snack I'll have later) and while I was hungry it wasn't as hard to get back to it as I thought it was going to be. Lots of water and green tea. Looking forward to food tomorrow though! I think it helps that there's no food in the house but shopping is coming in the morning.
I actually managed to avoid the scales this morning, it was a struggle but I did it. Toast and butter for breakfast in the absence of any other food worth talking about, Tesco man needs to hurry up! Work shortly for 2 hours, then dentist, then taking biggest son to tennis tournament, then smallest son to football, then biggest son to a different tournament! Not sure there'll be much eating time in between!
Don't these down days come round awful quick? Lots of coffee and water required today along with green tea and keeping busy! Have a great day everyone!
UD today, breakfast was figs, dates, granola and greek yogurt, then out for lunch with my Mum and big son after his school thing and had pizza, was very nice too. Not hungry tonight so apart from the scapings out of the pot when I was feeding the rest of them I didn't have anything. Will have a snack later if I want. Fasting again tomorrow...
