Kitty Kicks Butt 32lbs gone forever.

Thank you, not long in the door, home safe and sound, fat and bloated. On the upside big son got 11 A* s in his GCSEs, very proud mummy!!
I plan to take tomorrow as a normal day, then I'll weigh in Monday morning (oh the shame) and fast Monday, take it from there. Dreading weigh in.
 
Thank you. So I'm on the scales in the morning, really dreading it but already feeling good that no matter what they say I'm doing something about it, my first fast for weeks is tomorrow. Dreading how I'm going to feel but looking forward to not eating at the same time!

OK so I braved the scales this morning and appear to have put on 12 pounds (in addition to the couple I had put on before I went!) but I'm getting back in to the zone starting with a fast today and I'm hoping a good chunk of that will be gone by first official weigh in on Saturday. I'm fasting Monday, Wednesday and Friday this week and I am going to try REALLY hard not to get on the scales at all until Saturday morning and I'm hoping by doing that I'll stay on the straight and narrow all week. I have a busy week ahead getting the boys sorted for back to school plus work plus all the post holiday washing/ironing so hopefully if I'm busy I'll not eat.
 
Some of that will just be water & food weight not real weight as I don't believe you are 42000 calories more than your body needed while you away to be a real 12lb gain... Onwards & downwards honey xx
 
I think it's mostly wine, baguette and salty snacks weight!
A good fast day today, came in at 507 calories (counting small snack I'll have later) and while I was hungry it wasn't as hard to get back to it as I thought it was going to be. Lots of water and green tea. Looking forward to food tomorrow though! I think it helps that there's no food in the house but shopping is coming in the morning.

I actually managed to avoid the scales this morning, it was a struggle but I did it. Toast and butter for breakfast in the absence of any other food worth talking about, Tesco man needs to hurry up! Work shortly for 2 hours, then dentist, then taking biggest son to tennis tournament, then smallest son to football, then biggest son to a different tournament! Not sure there'll be much eating time in between!

A good up day, managed to fit in eating time after all. Toast and butter for breakfast, lunch was a sandwich of ham, cheese, tomato, cucumber and mustard with some weight watchers poppadom things and then a bar of chocolate I brought home from France. Wasn't hungry at dinner time so had late meal of lettuce, tomato, cucumber, celery, onion and cheese followed by figs, dates and greek yogurt, my new addiction. Haven't counted anything, only counting on DDs. DD again tomorrow, need to get back to my Leslie walk I think!
 
Don't these down days come round awful quick? Lots of coffee and water required today along with green tea and keeping busy! Have a great day everyone!
 
Another fast day more or less complete, wasn't too bad today. Off for an "induction morning" tomorrow at big son's school. Not sure why, he's been there 5 years already, they can't have much more to tell us! Possibly out for lunch after that, to be decided.
 
UD today, breakfast was figs, dates, granola and greek yogurt, then out for lunch with my Mum and big son after his school thing and had pizza, was very nice too. Not hungry tonight so apart from the scapings out of the pot when I was feeding the rest of them I didn't have anything. Will have a snack later if I want. Fasting again tomorrow...

Evening! Your holiday weight will be gone in no time. I predict a big loss this week...(*looks into pretend crystal ball and tries to look mysterious*...in reality looks demented!) Must admit I've become addicted to dates and greek yogurt this past week. Love the medjool dates from sainsbury's, taste like sweets and are helping with my junk food withdrawal x
