After a really bingey weekend I did a fluid-only fast today with the only calories coming from milk in my coffee (just can't take it black) It all stemmed from a few things I have read and also, I'm fine on a DD until I have my first food and then I struggle to keep things under control. So, if I don't have my first food...? Anyway it has gone well, I've had loads of green tea and water and a couple of coffees and I'm fine. Not sure I would want to do it every fast day but one a week might suit quite well, time will tell!
