L - cous cous mixed with herbs, chicken breast, toms, sweet corn, spring onion, peppers, spinach and mushrooms, bowl of strawbs, grapes , raspberries and blueberries topped with a fat free shape yog. Green tea
t- chicken fajita sauce( chicken, onions, mound of peppers, toms, fajita seasoning) with boiled rice.

another hungry day. I've avoided having any potatoes , pasta or rice for the past five days and had to give in today.

Ah ok now I get where your coming from, I didn't realise you were abstaining from carbs. I've done loads of green days in the past Kitty when I'm not on the challenges, I love my pasta and rice and I find as long as I have them with 2/3 of superfree I do lose. But some weeks I would have them by themselves and no loss and no pf. I know its different with everyone, but only sharing my experience with u. I think its important to enjoy this journey too, you shouldn't feel deprived, if EE and green work better for u hun, stick with them, you will still see good losses as long as you are having your superfree with your carbs, you will do fine lovely xx
I LOVE my green days. Wanted to avoid them this week to eliminate some bloat ready for the wedding on sat. Normally it would be a once weekly occurrence for a red day. Think it might be having the adverse affect on me .
And I've just ate 3small milky bars (10.5 syns ) so thats 17 syns today on choc!!! Must be my hormones !!
