Lady A's Banquet

Right then it was my Nephew's 4th birthday so even though my main meals were slimming world friendly I had some extra treats so I'm calling today a flexi-syn day but I'm not too sure what the total for everything is so here goes:

Friday 29th April 2011 - Flexi-syn day :)

Breakfast - 1/4 honey dew melon, 1 boiled egg, wm toast (HexB), NAS & Tea.

Lunch - Lamb karahi (1 syn), chickpea curry, cumin rice & salad

Snack 1 - Cadburys caramel bunnies - 10 syns

Snack 2 at Nan's house - Dhaal pakora's & dhokla & a sweet my 2 year old niece shoved in my mouth as soon as she saw me lol! - Syns unknown

Snack 3 at Nan's house - Slice of birthday cake which had fruit & fresh cream - syns unknown

Snack 4 at Nans house - Double ice lolly - Syns unknown

Dinner at Nans house - Dhaal, rice & masala chicken.

Syns - God knows but it doesn't look pretty but tomorrow is another day so I'll be back on track then.

Saturday 30th April 2011 - Extra Easy

Breakfast - 1/4 honeydew melon, wm toast, low-fat spread (2 syns), reduced sugar jam (1 syn) & Tea

Snack - Tea.

Lunch - Tuna pasta salad.

Snack - HexA milk allowance & NAS strawberry crusha with a scoop of low fat ice cream (3 syns)

Dinner - Chicken pilau rice (1 syn) served with cucumber, onion & tomato raita :eating:

Dessert - Fruit & low fat ice cream (3 syns)

Syns - 10

Hehe don't worry- ami is a 4 hour drive away so I'd be pretty desperate if I went and drove up just for that lol xxx
 
Sunday 1st May 2011 - Extra Easy

Breakfast - Banana, wedge of melon, 2 weetabix, ff yogurt & tea.

Snack - Coffee

Lunch - Cous cous (0.5 syns) with roasted veg.

Snack - HexA milk with vanilla canderel

Dinner - Pan fried Mackerel with onions & tomatoes served with slimming world chips.

Dessert - 1/6th 10 syn sponge cake (1.5 syns) topped with low fat ice cream (3 syns) & sliced banana.

Syns - 5
 
Monday - 2nd April 2011 - Green

Breakfast - Bowl of cold honeydew melon, 2 weetabix (HexB), activia ff vanilla yogurt & tea.

Snack - Apple & Tea

Lunch - Omlette with onions and mixed peppers, Baked beans & wm toast (2nd HexB)

Snack - Hot chocolate made with cadbury's highlights (2 syns) & HexA milk allowance.

Dinner - Moong dhaal made in lamb stock served with cumin rice & salad.

Dessert - Skinny cow caramel shortcake ice cream (4.5 syns) served with sliced banana.

Syns - 6.5

Tuesday 3rd May 2011 - Extra Easy

Breakfast - Bowl of melon, 2 weetabix crumbled into FF vanilla yogurt & tea.

Lunch - Chicken & pasta salad.

Snack - Latte made with skimmed milk (HexA)

Dinner - Lamb, potato & pea curry served with cumin rice & salad.

Dessert - Toblerone (9 syns) & a cup of tea Yum!

I know! Me n mum thought we'd have a laugh looking the nutritional info up and it's only 180 calories per cone AND they're half price in tesco so we're getting 2 boxes lol! Oh I'm soooooooooo greedy but it needs to be done lol! xx

Hmmm just get the one box and have a kela before you have one to fill you up cos kelay n chocolate go. Tell bhaijaan I said pretty pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease lol! I don't usually lead people astray when it comes to food but I'm just so excited about it plus tell him he's allowed to help you eat them so you won't be having the whole box :p

Yeah kela and chocolate... Oh I want it now.. Lol I'll secretly buy it ;-) so I can keep them all to myself!

Lol! Seriously though we're only allowed them if we promise to stick to syn allowances. I really wouldn't be happy if your losses stalled because I tempted you with synfull food lol! It's weird how my tastes have changed since beginning slimming world as I just had a toblerone (9 syns) for my dessert and DIDN'T enjoy it. I wish I'd had an apple. I seem to be craving the wrong things but not enjoying them as much as I used to which is a bit disappointing at times. Think I'll stick having a little bit to satisfy my craving rather than having the full amount when I don't need to. We'll have to report back on our enigma experiences after we have them lol! xx

Hehe don't worry- I'm a lot stronger than I thought I would be :) I've only had a big pig out and that was on my birthday.. The only deserty thing I have is the meringue nest and icecream during the week and that's always within my syn allowances.

Ooo enigma moment- sound so naughty haha xx
 
Wednesday 4th May 2011 - Extra Easy

Breakfast - Banana, 2 weetabix, activia ff vanilla yogurt. Tea.

Snack - Tea

Lunch - Chicken Jalfrezi, cumin rice & salad

Snack - Apple & Skinny Cow caramel shortcake ice cream (4.5 syns)

Dinner - Bowl of melon, Roast chicken, SW black pepper roasties & gravy (1 syn).

Dessert - Half a toblerone (4.5 syns) & a cup of tea.

Syns - 10
 
Thursday 5th May 2011 - Extra Easy

Breakfast - Banana, WM toast, spread (2 syns) & latte made with part HexA allowance.

Lunch - Chicken pasta salad (1 syn).

Snack - Apple, baby banana & activia yogurt. I had a sudden hunger pang!

Dinner - Dhaal, rice & salad.

Dessert - Cornetto Enigma (9 syns)

I had a B12 shot and my arm REALLY hurts :needhug: To think that I was having them weekly two years ago makes me think that I must be hard core :character00115: :cool: lol!
