Lady A's Banquet

Happy Friday Everyone!

Right then today is pamper day as I'm going to a henna party tomorrow evening so I'm getting my eyebrows threaded as I'm going to be doing dramatic Arabic style eye-make up so there shouldn't be a hair out of place. It's also manicure and pedicure day and I'm going for blood red to match my outfit which is black with antique gold thread and bead embroidery with red lining underneath which shows through the black. I've been feeling so bloated this week because although I'm 100% on plan I haven't been doing any body magic as my outfit can't be any looser otherwise it won't look nice. I had a mini tantrum about it last night so I'm sure Shaun T's Hip hop abs DVD set is going to be one of the gifts that I'll be opening on my birthday next month :p Here's my menu for today:

Friday 15th April 2011 - Extra Easy

Breakfast 1 at 5am - Tea, Banana & two co-dydramol tablets.

Breakfast 2 at 10:30am - banana, 3 pagen crisp rolls (Hexb) with low fat spread (1.5 syns) & reduced sugar jam (1 syn) & tea.

Lunch - Cous cous, chickpea curry and salad.

Snack - Latte with skimmed milk (HexA)

Dinner - Chicken curry, rice & salad.

Dessert - Low syn sponge cake (1.5 syns) & Wall's soft scoop light ice cream (3 syns).

Syns - 7
 
Morning All!

Tonight is party night and I'm going to have to eat minimal syns during the day as I have no control over what is going to be served at the party but I'm planning on filling my plate with salad hoping that they haven't dressed it and sticking to tandoori chicken or other grilled looking meats to try & keep the syns low but if I can't find anything grilled then I'm gonna enjoy my meal anyway as I haven't broken the syn bank this week or any week since January really and my belly watch this morning was also very pleasing :p

All of this no exercising has taken it's toll though as my back feels sore this week from not being as active as I had been over the last few weeks. I think I may just start exercising again from Monday and get an outfit stitched by my tailor for the wedding instead.

Saturday 16th April 2011 - Extra Easy

Breakfast - 2 weetabix (HexB), activia ff yogurt, banana & tea.

Lunch - Chicken Pasta salad

Snack - Latte made with HexA

Dinner - TBC However I will have some syn free tomato soup before I go to help me control my portion when I get there.

Syns - They shall be all from the dinner at the party.
 
Morning Everyone!

I was a bad BAD girl yesterday :eek: My syn free soup that I was SUPPOSED to have to curb my appetite turned ito a milka chocolate bar as I got lazy and was getting late. Starter was good...I had grilled chicken....main course was small portion of pilau rice with chicken saag and some lamb masala & salad...then came dessert...like a good girl I had a small amount of vanilla ice cream as my mouth was on fire from the main course. I thought I'd had my quota of syns for the night until the bride's father insisted I had some baklava THEN on the way home my brother wanted a milkshake from the ice cream and milkshake bar on my high street so like a true bloater I shared a banoffee waffle n ice cream with my mum....don't think I should even bother trying to count the banana in it as part of my superfree as it was drowned in toffee sauce :eek: I'm sooooooooooooooo gonna be back on track today as I feel disgusting :yuk:

I did get compliments yesterday about my weight I also got gazes of approval from some of the ladies & their husbands :D, gazes of envy from the insecure chicks and gazes of pure hatred from the mums with the not so stunning daughters who used to laugh at me when I was fat and now it's the other way around they just can't handle it. They watched my plate at EVERY single course and watched me eat EVERY single fork full :rolleyes: It was like they couldn't believe I actually eat. I don't let it affect me any more I have tunnel vision and I feel good inside and out and the smile on my face says it all.

Sunday 17th April 2011 - Extra Easy

Breakfast - 2 weetabix (HexB), activia ff yogurt & banana. Tea with skimmed milk.

Lunch - Ainsley Harriot spice sensation cous cous with chicken & salad.

Snack at Nan's - Latte or cold milk with vanilla canderel

Dinner at Nan's - Chiken, chickpea curry with rice & salad.

Dessert - Don't think I deserve one :sigh:

Syns - 0.5 from the cous cous so far :cool:

Breakfast - Apple, 2 slices wm toast (HEXB 1), baked beans, NAS squash & tea with skimmed milk.

Lunch - Ainsley Harriot spice sensation cous cous (0.5 syns)

Snack - Latte with skimmed milk allowance

Dinner - Vegetable biriyaani with cucumber raita & salad.

Dessert - Fruit & yogurt

Syns - 0.5
 
Tuesday 19th April 2011 - EE

Breakfast - Banana, Fibre Plus bar HexA & activia FF yogurt. Tea.

Lunch - Veg Biriyaani & salad.

Snack - Fruit & Tea

Dinner - Chicken Curry, rice & salad.

Dessert - Fruit, ice cream (3 syns) & a ginger biscuit (2.5 syns).

Syns - 5.5

Oooh another half syn Monday :) Where do you get your Fibre Plus bars from? They're like ridiculously expensive wherever I see them, except sometimes they have the odd reduced box in my local Sainsbury's...

Hey hunny!

Yay I had a few very low syn days as I was stuffed from Saturday lol! Think I'll try and have a few more today though as I don't want my body to get used to low syns just yet. My phone's on the blink at the moment so I'm not being stingy or rude my messages just aren't sending. I should be getting a new sim by tomorrow or Thursday so I'll be in action then. I had my hair done today so feel good as they massaged my head, legs n feet at the same time.

I get most of my shopping from sainsbury's as it's my local. They've had the fibre plus bars reduced to £1.50 for a few weeks now. I'm not big on cereal bars so only have a couple now and then so a box usually lasts me a while. xx
 
Wednesday 20th April 2011 - Green

Breakfast - 2 slices wm toast (HexB), Baked beans & a fried egg. Tea with skimmed milk.

Lunch - Jacket potato & Baked beans with light sprinkle of cheese (remaining HexA)

Dinner - Chicken curry (2nd HexB), cumin rice & salad.

Dessert - Fruit & ice cream (7 syns)

Hello sveetheart :D

Mother Bear is doing well thanks she's lost a dress size and a bit which is great as considering she's on a high dose of steroids for sarcoidosis and they said she'll struggle with her weight. I do have to monitor her as she doesn't eat as much fruit as she should.

I've not done well super free wise today I only had a bit of salad with my dinner and forced myself to chop up a pear to have with my ice cream. I think it's the weather and I'm feeling stressy at the moment think I might get the doctor to check my thyroid levels as I'm usually due a dosage adjustment when I'm like this. I'm feeling anxious & my whole body aches like you get when you have REALLY bad flu and I just want to sleep but I can't and keep waking up. It's so annoying as I wake up at 5am every morning to make sure everything is done before work and cook when I get in. Think I'll cut up some melon and have it for breakfast tomorrow and get some prepared pineapple & grapes to munch on as I work tomorrow. I was having a mango craving but not the tasteless alien one's from the supermarkets I'm talking the juicy juicy pakistani mangoes they sell in the summer....they're lusly! xx
 
Thursday 21st April 2011 - Extra Easy

6am - 1/4 Honeydew melon & NAS squash

11am - 2 weetabix (HexB), Activia FF yogurt & Tea

2pm - It's supposed to be lunch time but I'm not hungry. I'll get some fruit to munch on if hunger srikes later.... :(

7pm - Dinner prepared by my lovely mother - Syn free Chicken burgers, sw chips and salad with tbsp of ketchup (1 syn).

Dessert - Ice cream (3 syns), twix bite size choc (2.5 syns) & chopped banana

Syns - 6.5

I've had a funny old day food wise today. Even though my diary looks ok I've really had to force myself to eat today and only got my appetite back at dinner time. Hope it doesn't go the other way during easter weekend as I don't want to end up eating the wrong food. Hope everyone has a happy easter xx

Snack - Gonna try having my milk allowance with sugar free strawberry crusha & a scoop of low fat ice cream (3 syns)

Dinner - Lamb & aubergine curry served with cumin rice & salad.

Dessert - Melon & ice cream (3 syns per scoop)

Lunch - Lamb & aubergine curry served with cumin rice and salad.

Snack 1 - Chilled melon

Snack 2 at Nan's - HexA milk allowance with vanilla canderel

Snack 3! - Mini millionaires shortbread (4 syns)

Dinner at Nan's - Masala chicken with Ainsley Harriot cous cous (0.5 syns) I forgot my salad!

Dessert at home - Apple, banana & skinny cow dipper lolly (3 syns) & cup of tea.

Syns - 7.5 :)

Snack - Milkshake with remaining HexA milk allowance & vanilla canderel.

Dinner - Lamb & pea curry (1 syns) served with cumin rice & salad.

Dessert - Honeydew melon with low fat ice cream (3 syns).

Syns - 4 so far :)
