Hello fellow counters!
Well the weekend is almost over
but be good to get the kids back to school after last weeks half term!
Today's been good food wise. We had the big family roast dinner which took up most of my cals especially seen as we are having jam roly poly and custard for pudding
B- porridge made with water (wasn't as bad as I thought it would be!) and mashed up a banana for it. Then later a bagel with light butter
L- chicken leg portion, green veg medley, carrots, parsnips, stuffing, Yorkshire pudding with gravy
D/pudding- aunt Bessie's jam roly poly and ambrosia light custard
Total - 1436
No exercise today, Sunday is officially a day of rest. I had all intention of putting on a fitness DVD but I have worked out pretty much every day this week so I need some rest days!
Might have a hot choc later before bed which will add on 40 cals.
Everyone have a lovely Sunday and here's to a healthy happy week ahead!
