Hello fellow counters!

Well the weekend is almost over :( but be good to get the kids back to school after last weeks half term!

Today's been good food wise. We had the big family roast dinner which took up most of my cals especially seen as we are having jam roly poly and custard for pudding :)

B- porridge made with water (wasn't as bad as I thought it would be!) and mashed up a banana for it. Then later a bagel with light butter
L- chicken leg portion, green veg medley, carrots, parsnips, stuffing, Yorkshire pudding with gravy
D/pudding- aunt Bessie's jam roly poly and ambrosia light custard

Total - 1436
No exercise today, Sunday is officially a day of rest. I had all intention of putting on a fitness DVD but I have worked out pretty much every day this week so I need some rest days!

Might have a hot choc later before bed which will add on 40 cals.

Morning Jo - hope you had a nice weekend- good shout on giving the exercise a miss you definitely do need a rest day.

You are doing so well and sorry you were feeling frustrated but losses will pick back up. When I first started the gym in earnest I had the exact same problem. I think its a combination of feeling hungrier after working out and with me, I would see 600,700 cals burnt on my HRM and be like WELL a 200-300 calorie choc bar is only half that!!

Hope the roast was good! :)

Hello all

Omg I'm in such a greedy mood today!! My daughter woke up not well so I've been stuck at home all day. Having an unplanned day at home I've been so rubbish. I've gone over by 37 cals because I miscalculated some things but luckily I've had 34 from the last two days so I will save 3 tomorrow. I know it sounds petty but I want to be 100%this week.
So unfortunately no gym today will hopefully try and squeeze one in tomorrow, if not gym ill pop to Zumba.
So all the food I've eaten:
B- porridge and banana
L- ham salad sandwich, crisps and pineapple
D- fish chips and beans
Snacks- cup a soup, cheese triangles with ww crackers

Total 1537 :( but I've got my little plan.
I don't think I can keep up with not going on the scales. Think I'm going to weigh in Friday morn and then weigh in every Friday instead of Wednesdays. My sister is coming to visit this weekend so I know Friday night we are on a night out.

God I could seriously eat so much right now I don't know what's wrong!!! Not eating anything at all now but doesn't help there's nothing on tv and nothing to do! Boredom Is setting in!!!

Arrgggghhhhh hate greedy days!!!
 
OMG me too Jo - I literally could not stop stuffing my face last night, such a piggy! I peeked on the scales and hope I have scared myself into best behaviour. Back to the gym this eve for boxing also :D

Also Friday weigh in is a good idea- I do Thurs . I like it because it means you can relax a bit over the weekend.

Evening all

Just got back from Zumba, nice to get some exercise in this week at last! Daughter is still poorly but my hubby stayed home with her today meaning I could go to work and out of the house!! Haven't felt as greedy today thank goodness but I was put a bit out of joint because I thought all rice time pots were 300 cals and the sweet and sour one I had today was more 400!! And I'd already eaten it and added some chicken to it so lunch was big I'm just grateful I had a small breakfast so I've stayed within calories!

B- Cheerios and milk
L- rice time, chicken, ww cake slice
Snack- boiled egg white on 1xtoast with butter
D- WW pizza with salad and dressing

Exercise - 564 cals burnt

Goin to weigh in on Friday morning before weekend madness starts with my sister coming down for a few nights! Alcohol and food on Friday and inevitable hangover food on Saturday!

Hello all!!

Well I have finally sat down after such a busy day!!! School run, work, gym, school run, Asda, teas cooked, pots cleaned, clothes cleaned, kids cleaned and I can finally chill!!

It's been good food wise and was good to get in the gym and do my circuits. 400 cals in 30 mins! Woooop!

Food today:
B- mcvtities breakfast biscuits and a berocca!!
L- sushi snack pack and a 9bar (found them whilst out and about at work! Had the flax one today tastes v healthy!! Got the original still waiting for me!)
Protein shake after gym
D- rosemary Conley pasta carbonara (was delish and a huge plateful!) with some rocket salad

Total 1310
Gym 400

Feeling really good today, though was a low day. I think I'm just excited cos my sister is here tomorrow I'm being good tomorrow and naughty Friday, with loads of booze!! Picking her up about lunch time was thinking of yo sushi...??? Has anyone been? And are the cals bad? The packs I get tend to be quite good :)
 
OH my god I LOVE those 9bars the flax one is amazing. Haven't tried the others but bet they are delish. You had an amazing day :D

Yo sushi is good but I find it doesn't fill me up unless I eat loads of the plates and then it can get a bit pricey for what it is.

I'm going to look up the carbonara recipe, sounds good :)
 
Hi LadyJo - amazing weight loss to date - was nosing at your pics and found they were all cakes - darent look for your recipes could eat the chocolate log in one sitting! Have really been fancying carbonara -is this the recipe you used?

Hi all!

I know I'm sooo sorry it's been mad since Thursday for good and bad! :) :(
Thursday I picked up my sister ready for the mad weekend ahead. We went for a pub lunch and although I stuck to diet coke had a pulled pork sandwich which mfp gave me 1000 cals!!! Luckily it filled me up so only had a salad for tea. But still went over :(
Friday, the drinking started at 12!!! With a McDonald's and cider.... Then a KFC tea with jäger bombs, vodka, wkd, beer then out on the town was cocktails, more jäger bombs, shots etc etc!! But I did get loads of compliments so that was nice!!
Saturday serious hangover day. Massive breakfast cooked by my hubby then a whole day filled with chocolate, crisps, greggs pasty, and a Pizza Hut :(
Sunday, tried to be good but then had a huge roast dinner with chocolate fudge cake after then crisps later on that night.
Monday, decided to be back on cc, but just after lunch I scratched my car really badly on a wall and the nerves and shock meant I either had a alcoholic drink or a toffee crisp and it was the latter.
Today I had Cheerios for breakfast and wasn't hungry till quite late on so had a morrisons salad box but im having real trouble with my wisdom teeth and cos i felt sorry for myself I had a kit Kat chunky. :( it's sausage casserole for tea with quorn sausages and root mash so at least that will be good but it's time now to get straight back on the horse! Tomorrow my new week begins so there's nooooo excuse! Im really not feeling the gym because of my teeth but I'm going to do my best to go tomorrow. The tablets make me feel horrible even tho they take away the pain. Not got the dentist till Tuesday next week. I have an event on the 21st that involves food and booze for my hubby's work so I'm going to be 100% till then. Sometimes life just gets in the way and its so easy to say ill be bad one day I always end up having a bad few days! Main thing is I need to get back prepared! Need to do a big healthy food shop!!

Well I'm happy to report I'm feeling loadssss better! Don't know quite what was wrong just wasn't feeling myself and crap in general but back on it like a bonnet!
Today's been brill and although I didn't go to the gym I did go to Zumba tonight and burned a whopping 539 cals woop woop!
Food today:
B- gorgeous fruit salad from the morrisons salad bar topped with a little lf nat yogurt and sprinkle of granola
L- mug shot, cucumber and hummus and a bag of ww nachos
D- hairy bikers cottage pie with Sweetcorn
Snack after Zumba- 2xmeringue nests with WW cream and mango (delish!!)

Total 1089
Zumba 539

Quite a low day but I needed it after this last 6 bad days!!! I'm feeling super positive and I'm actually not weighing in till the 21st which is going to be a bad day cos I've got a do with the hubby so going to work super hard for the 2 weeks till then. I don't know if I updated last time but I weighed last Wednesday and I was 14st 13lb yay!!!! Doubt I'm in the 14s now but I want to be 14st 8lb by the 21st preferably then that will be 3 stone lost so fingers crossed and mouth closed!! Lol

Hope everyone is having a super week!!!

No I haven't done it in ages. I have to book out my trainer to do it and seen as I go to the gym when I can its hard to make appointments! I'm there tommz so will defo be asking if we can have a session!

Well the end of the working week is near. My working week has ended woop woop but my day off tomorrow is spoken for, house work and gym!!
Today had been good but I'm glad I have logged in now rather than later as I've actually gone over by 16 cals and I was logging to see how many I had left!! That will be zero! Lol
So here's the diary of the day
B- fruit and fibre toast then later a yogurt and peach
L- leftover hairy bikers cottage pie, 2 tangerines and a Cadbury mallow
D- good for you tikka masala, brown rice and a ww naan bread.

Total 1516

Really wanted to go gym today but been very busy with work and the food shop and totm started today and all I wanted was my onesie!!!
Will be there tomorrow whether I like it or not!!
