Hi KK, sorry just catching up on threads, been a bit busy lately. sorry to hear about the gain, its a pain in the arse when you can't pinpoint the reason. Sounds like water retention if you're ankles are swollen and once that's sorted you will get a good loss next weigh in xx

I can second the writing down of points, I need to keep track like that otherwise I'd forget how many I'd eaten/saved.

as for the points im prob under about 10/15 per day am writing it all down now so far with my dinner tonite of iceland HL pizza and chips ive still got 16 points to have any ideas ???
 
omg how nice are icelands healthy cheese & tomatoe pizzas just had one mmmmmm

theyve stopped selling the WW range and do there own and so far id say its nicer
 
it was 5 points and had real cheese and real tomatoes on it
 
well to make my points up ive had melba toast and marmite and just now ive divulged in icelands healthy choice chocolate sponge and choc custard well for 3 points its fab a bloody lifesaver if you need that sweet fix
