Well 1 year ago today I started dieting and I have to say what a difference a year makes. I'm on my phone just now but will try to get on the laptop later to upload new pics from this morning. Can't quite believe the difference myself.

Did you lose a lot on Atkins - or did Exante get the results?

I wish Linz. U can't see my stomach in those pics. Although I reckon with the excess skin removed I could almost consider myself on the way to skinny.

Susie I have lost more on Exante than I did on Atkins but did still manage to lose a good few stones with Atkins. If i remember rightly 40 odd lbs of it was with Atkins before I moved to Exante. Just wish I could lose with Atkins now.
