Hi guys.

Something happened last night which I cant go into but suffice to say it has put me in a total downer. I managed to be good all day but the past couple of hours have gone to pot. Ive had a slice of chocolate fudge cake, a couple of biscuits, a cracker, a chocolate, a chewy sweet and a handful of maltesers.

Im not going to beat myself up about it, just going to do my best to hop back aboard the wagon and stop letting my life get in the way of my diet so wish me luck ladies.
 
Oh hun so sorry to hear that something has happened - but I completely understand about grabbing for food when you're down.

Can you head out and away from temptation for a bit? And then we'll all give you a hand back on the wagon, there is a seat with your name on it :) xx

I think what got me through the morning was the fact that I was out. You should have seen me going round Sainsburys though. The sweet and biscuit aisle was calling out to me lol. I didnt buy anything though so was incredibly proud of myself. :)

And SO well done on going round the supermarket, I did the same tonight in Waitrose - they had cooked some indian things and omg the smell! I was like a petrol addict at a gas station - deeeeep breaths lol!

And then I ignored (almost) all the lovely choccie desserts - by almost, I mean I lifted one up and tried to sniff it, then put it back again :)

Things are ok today and I am firmly back on the wagon again. Im slightly concerned about low carbing right now though coz recently Ive been hitting a brick wall where my energy levels are concerned. That said I have been doing a lot more recently so it could just be that.

Either way Im back on track today and intend to stay that way (until Sunday when I just have to have a piece of birthday cake. ;)). It will sort itself out one way or another.
 
are you getting enough sleep??? How many carbs you having love?
 
Not sleeping too well at all to be honest Vicky. Im asleep pretty much as soon as my head hits the pillow but Im up by 6am every morning at the latest and tossing and turning half the night as well.

My carb levels are between 15-20 at the minute but I wanted to keep it at that until I got rid of the holiday gain and then I was considering upping them to 30-40.
