Morning all. Had a sneaky peak at the scales this morning and its looking good so im happy today.

Have DDs parents evening this afternoon and I think she's booked me in to see every teacher she has - even her pe teacher! Should be fun.

Well almost 1/3 of the gain is gone already within 4 days so fingers crossed.

I have appointments from 4pm until 6pm. Absolute nightmare!

I've been reading up on getting the coil removed and I'm now seriously reconsidering lol.

Just been reading about the bleeding, mood swings, hormone imbalances, pain. Nothing much, lol. And my libido certainly doesn't need any help.

I'm struggling with bleeding just now as well which is extremely annoying as until a few months ago I didn't have to worry about them at all. Will be weird having a regular cycle again though. I think he might move out if my libido gets anymore active lol.

Im not too sure whether its the coil or the low carb diet Jo. Time will tell eh? why dont you go see the dr or nurse as it seems weird you are bleeding now after so long x

Afternoon Jo, I have hidden the scales again as I was getting back into the old 3 times a day lark, does me no favours.

No comment on the libido, I don't have to use anything either given my situation lol

Low carb has never affected my system before though Vicky although neither has the coil. Ah well, no doubt ill find out soon enough.

Once a day is enough for me - with regard to the scales that is.
