It's going well!! I've only lost 2 pounds but I kinda expected that with the transition. I feel fantastic tho!! And not bothered about it being slow going, my skin and nails are much better and I'm happy with that

Coolio........I am glad it is suiting you and I'm sure the losses will pick up soon! I had a bit to a break from exante doing LC and loved it to be honest. I am hopefully having a short sharp blast on exante and then back to it.
