Last re-start ever, this time i'll do it.....35lbs to go!!!!

Well day 1 again for me....but its the last one!!! I am back to pre Valentine meal weigh in so good time to re-start.

Having a cuppa then half a bar at 11.30 I'll have the other half at 4.30/5pm with a soup at 2.30pm and 8pm

Just had 1 litre of water so will have another 2 during the rest of the day.

Just having last soup now and day 1 done!!! Yay!!!

Going to daily weigh as it will keep me on track at least for the first week...I think. If not every 2 days.

Roll on day 2.........

Goal 1 - get into the 12's by week 2

Goal 2 - get into the 11's by week 5
 
Morning all, scales down 2lbs...yay!!! Better than my weekly losses and it's only been 1 day!!! I know....i know...first week is always better but pleased :)

I'll update my title weekly!!
 
Day 2 over and girl done good...resisted chips!!!! Girls at work had them but did not even try one!!!

Roll on day 3 and daily weigh in....

Todays been manic, woke up late and finished late, but TS and down 1 lb this morning....so 3lbs down in 2 days....whoop whoop

Sts this morning...which is fine...can't expect to lose everyday!!!

Water intake low today so will cram it in before 8.30 otherwise I'll be up all night x

I'm the same hun....I have most of my water before 4:30pm but I'm still up all night! I must have the smallest and weakest bladder in the world!
When's WI day? Sounds like you're doing brilliantly this week :D

I'll be weighing in on Monday as I have a friends wedding on Friday and plan to WS that evening with water as I can't handle my drink lately.....what a light weight!!! It's a buffet evening do so should be fine. Back to TS from Saturday as I have to work....

Insomnia....aah....3 days running x what's going on!!!!

After the 3rd night of hardly any sleep I feel like a zombie....not sure how I'll get on at work!!!

Anyway, lost 0.5 lbs off this morning so 3.5 so far...not bad...not bad...could be lack of water as I only managed 1.5 yesterday.

Need to lose another 5.5 lbs to get into the 12's so definitely doable by end of week 2...never know might get there by Mondays WI x

Strange how we need less sleep! Maybe you need to up the water, I know I do. Have a great day xx

I know what you mean about sleep, I wake up to go to the toilet, then that's me for two or three hours :( thinking of trying to drink all my water before 6pm not sure if it would work, what do you think?

I'm normally ok with water as I drink majority by the time I finish work so by 8pm I've had my quota. I think definitely have majority by 6 and Just a couple of glasses in the evening.
