Morning all very disappointed with myself....did well on Mon, Tues then yesterday felt sooo hungry I ate...and ate...and ate....

Scales are very mean today :'(

My fault!!! No-one else's!!!

Back to full TS today and into the 12's by Monday x

Goal 1 - get into the 12's by end of week 3
Goal 2 - get into the 11's by end of week 6
 
Aw Shelly, don't be too hard on yourself. You know that it's mostly water, so it should be gone in no time, as long as you draw a line under it and get straight back on the packs.
One bad day shouldn't ruin a whole week of TS x

Had a hectic day and am absolutely Shattered!!!

Been pretty good this weekend other than water...which leads to the other problem...lack of movement!!

Wi tomorrow so hope to be in 12's (pretty unlikely after binge earlier in week) Fingers crossed!!!

Might go back to daily weighing after WI just to keep me on track!!

Morning all. Just weighed in at 13.01....lost 2lbs. Was hoping for another 2 to get me in 12's but definitely by end of the week.

Will do, supposed to be out tonight but giving it a miss to avoid temptation. Will be out next weekend as its my birthday but not planning to go mad x

Hi carly, I'm having 2.5 litres minimum. But usual issue of the loo.....

I have been adding semi-skimmed milk to tea's as I can't drink it black but that shouldn't make too much difference.

Wi tomorrow and hoping to be in late 12's. Clothes feel looser and less cellulite on thighs in the last 2 weeks....lol....just hope the scales show it x
