I'm finding it hard to get back on track :'(

Which considering Im gonna be getting married ( yes, married!!!!! We've been together 10 years lol) Within 6 months is not good......I'm getting caught up in the happiness and wanting to eat!! Aaarrrgghhh!!

Back on it tomorrow!!!

Promised myself back on it today but then had a bit of a dodgy tum so biscuits were nice and plain :(

Let's both promise to get back on it tomorrow. So not worth going backwards xx

Pinky promise we get back on track tomorrow? Lol. My aim is to try cut out the chocolate/cake/ biscuit type things and eat good homecooked meals...........let's see how long that lasts lol.

My tum is a little dicky still, but my sickness has gone thank god so i am on it now!

I too need to cut out chocolate and cakes and biscuits, i also want to reduce the carbs a little too as i have been having them 3 times a day sometimes, just because i can! It's also a worry when i get to the evening and i have 6pp left for chocolate - my leader says i should always be using daily points, and it makes me think that maybe i arent eating enough if i have that many left to eat crap! Did that make any sense?! lol

I think i have my mojo back lol not got any nice food in the house till tomorrow though eek.

Maye you should try to eat more at mealtimes and see if that works? or use your points on proper food snacks like nuts and nice steak/salmon? I'm gonna see if cutting out the sugar helps ( with sw i barely ate chocolate and i lost quite a bit of weight)
Gonna be hard work though......i LOVE sugary things lol

Maybe after WI you'll be able to climb back on the wagon?

I know sometime if you've had a bad few days, it's hard to get back on the wagon mid week and you need something like a gain to give you that hoof?! xx

You're right.....I will start again friday....whatever the gain is I will take it on board and get back on it.

Got my gain last night, but well deserved so cool with that and carrying on and staying on plan xx

I completely forgot to weigh this morning and by the time i remembered it was time to do the school run lol Will weigh tomorrow to get an idea of how much i put on.

Got a banging headache today which i'm thinking is sugar withdrawal maybe?

Well......I'm back after being off plan :/

Gonna go to weigh in tomorrow as I obviously can't do it alone.......going on a short holiday in about 7 weeks so would like to lose 7lbs by then also looking to get married in 6/7 months so would like to be at my target!!

Back on it tomorrow!! X
