Day 19 : 19th January 2013 EE
brunch : mug of tea, 2x wholemeal toast (HE), 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (1/2 syn), lettuce leaves, tomato and bacon
dinner : homemade fish pie (a concoction of cod, salmon, smoked haddock, sweet potato, vegetable stock and quark) but forgot to put in superfree broccoli so had a bowl of berry mix (blackberries, morello cherries, raspberries, red and blackcurrants) with vanilla and choc mullerlight
snacks : banana, fresh pineapple, grapes, sour cream and chive baked crisps (5 syns), white choc and strawberry cereal bar (4 1/2 syns)
drinks : tea, NAS orange squash
