Tried a filling and healthy day today. Loved it!!
Breakfast: wholemeal toast, butter, dippy boiled eggs. Strawberries. (1)
Lunch: half a banana. Ham egg cups, crumpet, butter. (1)
Dinner: petits pain x2, fat free sausages, ketchup, sweet potato wedges, salad using oil allowance as dressing. (3)
Pudding: strawberries, choc shot, alpen light. (2)
Activity: walk through town buying birthday supplies.
