also has anyone read this today??? : BBC News - BMI: Does the Body Mass Index need fixing?

The changes bring me down one whole point! because I AM TALL. YEH.

lol yeah I need to change my goal weight - really its about 13stone cos thats the smallest Ive been, but on here its 11stone cos that gets me a healthy bmi - just doubt Ill ever get there!

For the short term tho - If I get my BMI under 40 I go to Obese and not CLINICALLY OBESE. lolzzz SO CLOSE
 
hmm its about half a stone extra, still dont believe Ill ever get below 13 stone tho

Despite the budget I still bought that bra and the shoes and skirt attached!!!!!!


Maybe you can help me find a sexy blouse to complete the look?! Have a leopard print waist belt to go too!!!!

Haha you can tell my student loan just came through! Ive been desperate to go shopping!! I just spent 80quid on new look website :p Im going to get a couple things from boots, then I will stop, I promise!

We should, I will let you know when I have a weekend free, I am very in demand atm tho :p haha

love those shoes so much, I just never wear heals tho! there are loads of blouses about atm, dead trendy! I got a leopard print one from new look.

I'm massively jealous of your shopping! I have zero pennies, I don't get a student loan :( and therefore will be poor and shopping at charity shops for the next year haha (luckily York has some fab vintage charity shops)

That blouse is pretty amazing....... Not sure tho!!! But for £13!! Would it be leopard overload?! Over the leopard bra!!! iI might have to don my glasses and play sexy secretary!!! Lol!

As for those shoes..... Not a hope in hell! Haven't worn heels for 4 years after I nearly killed myself falling off a curb in front of our taxi!! Toss up between vodka and shoes fault..... But the cabbie copped a look at my boobs!! Went out and came back and then my leg nearly fell off! Was swollen black and blue!! Been too scare since- got rid of all my beautiful shoes....... Not sure they look right or if I'd last long......

I LOVE a bit of vintage! Charity shopping in posh places is amazing lol I promise I am done now Lucy! I prob wont buy anything for another 6 months. Im a bit of a splurger, but also very good at saving!

I think that blouse would work and with the shoes, nice bit of accent! Love it! and so cheap!

The only time I wear heals is when I have a house party or am going to one. I know I can change constantly between them and flats and I bloody love it! x

Glad you have had a great day, measurements make all the difference (have actually found my tape measure tonight so will be measuring in the morning) and i know what you mean about getting to 11st i think i was probably 11 the last time i was 11st lmao i cant imagine being 16st let alone any less i have been big for so long thats its going to take some getting used to when its all gone but im looking forward to it and am slightly worried about when i will be able to go shopping in 'normal' shops scary thought as the last time i shopped in a normal shop was years and years ago cant wait i better get saving :D xx
 
haha yup! I was 13stone at about 13 lol I cant believe Im the weight I am now! that was about a year ago - in the 17s about 2 1/2 years ago, 16s about 4 years ago! lol I think getting to those places again will be shock enough for me!! but every time the scales go down I feel so happy and so motivated and it has been so long since I managed to keep it going this long - since november! in the past 2 years Ive not lasted past 2 weeks and for every pound I lost I put on 3! I so desperately hope that I can keep myself going!

and the clothes help, they make me feel good about myself whilst I am bigger, why make myself miserable too? doesnt mean Im not trying, I am just putting myself in a better position to keep going!

Loving this good mood too, been so many months feeling miserable, nothing has changed, just my head is being kind to me ! lol x

I completely agree with the philosophy look good feel good. I was hell bent for a while on wearing clothes the looked crap or didnt fit because I wanted so badly still to be slimmer and able to wear them. I looked awful- either like a sausage or like I was wearing a sack. I couldn't get it right. And I still can't it seems! Dressing for work is hard. My work trousers are too big and too long. And I look like a pleb in anything else! I need a lotto win and some pretty new clothes!

My diary title is 2013 the year to lose 100lb+ and then something like all suppert welcome lol

I am terrible with clothes have started to get better but tend to hide away in things that probably make me look bigger, all thats going to change though :D

Ooo a lottery win would be fantastic wouldnt it! Tell ya what if i win it we should all go on a mega shopping spree :D Abit like pretty woman style i want to be loaded with bags from everywhere and shoes galore every single pair and then after that a nice tummy tuck (if the need is there after losing all this weight) and a fab weekend spa retreat to celebrate

Am now of to buy as many tickets as i can lmao xx

So I am sat in lecture now I can tell you about my dreams!

I have a sort of recurring dream, well kind of, they always run along the same theme of the end of the world. How the apocalypse comes about varies from dream to dream, but I've covered everything from natural disasters, mass illness and zombies.

Basically everyone dies and I am left on my own and everyone is always trying to kill me!

Last nights dream my parents died first, some disease that was wiping everyone out lol then my brother told my bf (the ex) that I was having an affair so he divorced me and left me! Lol so I was on my own and miserable and then I lost all my guinea pigs :(

Haha depressing!

Anyway I just had a really good lecture so I'm cheered up!
