Hi Laura how's tricks? I've had a 3 day headache trying to cut back on carbs that went totally out of control towards the end of last week but hey ho I had a fab time :)
Back on it and drinking the water ;) ( bloody bread is EVIL!!!)
 
Thanks GP. Have been struggling a bit.. feeling bloated still, cold and headaches again. Thought i was over that by now! So need to get to goal and try to get back to some sort of normality! How has your week been?

Good afternoon Laura, I'm just so tired this week. Think it's because I have a holiday coming up and time is dragging :(
Then the holiday will fly by! :D

So 1.5 llbs off for me... Gutted - I didn't quite hit my 2 llb mark this week and I have been so good this week :-( Also still feel very bloated!

Still I need to remind myself that its 1.5 llbs off in the right direction! How did everyone else get on?

I had a 1.5 llb loss. So better than nothing I suppose... but the weight loss has really slowed down and getting to goal is dragging in! (Sorry Rant over!)

Hi Ali.. Welcome back after your days off.Glad you had a nice time. I've missed your chat!

How are you feeling now? I had a bad headache the other day and haven't really had any for a while. I am however as you will see from my past rants... completely bloated!!! Arghhhhh!

Send me some motivation to get to goal please!!

Hi GP.. I'm feeling the same! Counting down to my hols too and you are right it will fly by.

I had a 1.5 llb loss this week... not my usual 2 llbs but in the right direction I guess!

Well done for your loss... as I keep saying - we are getting there!

Well done on the STS... better than a gain. I am hoping when i get rid of the bloated feeling I will have a better loss next week. Need to get to goal!!!

I've got totm next week guessing thats why i'm bloated....and no toilet action for over a week :-S
 
:vibes:Buckle up girlie sending positive vibes and motivation your way. Get them dulcolax or dulcoese perles down and clear out before our 6 week plan starts now ;) Have you tried psyllium husk capsules they are not a laxative so not harsh?

Is that enough motivation for you lol, you will be at goal by your hols in August and I will get to goal by the wedding in Sept (I have more to lose than you :p)

As you can see it is 3.30am and I am on nights. I have had confirmation of today's delivery and I can't wait to get started. Had a slight headache earlier but I haven't drank enough cause we've been on the road for 7hrs since coming on shift :( just had 1 litre of water and a coffee I have another litre to go. I'll try and get 3 in before the morning :angel09:

How are you feeling now? I have seen peppermint tea makes a difference to some people with bloating. You could try and see if that helps :)

So glad you are back! I need those positive vibes... feels like a long slog now...!! I have taken something but i still feel quite bloated, not sure why. Am going to try and get psyllium husks tomorrow, see if it helps.

How are things with you? Back on nights, how many to go?

It's been a hectic and busy week, haven't had a chance to read up on how everyone is doing! But will be sure to catch up over the weekend.

It feels like such a drag this last part....!

Hi hun I'm off until Monday then nights for 4 so I need to be well in ketosis by then!
We've got 2 new kittens and they are so cute really entertaining lol

I got my psyllium capsules in Holland & Barrett and I take 2-3 twice a day.
