Well done love. VERY proud of you. Not just because you've been on plan, but because you've broken the cycle of off plan Friday's and it is so hard to break habits.

Thank you Fran! I'm actually not feeling so bad today, but ears are still sore. Really pleased with myself for yesterday, and you're right about breaking the sequence - it's actually one of the reasons I wasn't up for going out tonight - why go out and inevitably drink too much, eat a manky takeaway, get no sleep etc, when I don't even really want to! I think eating better may be part of the reason I'm not feeling as poorly too! Feeling good about the plan!

The scales showed a very good number this morning (I am loving being able to keep track during the week!) but will weigh before dinner tonight to get a proper gage on where I am!

Bit rambled this morning, but hey ho!! Xx

Glad you're feeling good! And well done for avoiding all those danger zones!

I feel a bit lost without midweek weighing. I think that's how I gained all the weight in the first place - no facing up to it even though I sort of suspected. I haven't weighed this week but I am so bloated - even my OH noticed! We'll see what Weds brings...

Today's food -

Late breaky today, massive bacon, cheese (HEX A) and onion omelette and an apple to up the superfree :)

L- homemade veg soup and HEX B roll.

D- SW chilli - 1 for sachet powder. Loads of superfree, rice and SW wedges.

May have a choccy treat with my leftover 14 syns hmmm! X

Phew - chilli was FAR too hot!! Could only manage half in the end!! Was yum, just too much kick for me!!

Had 2 syns worth of cheese too, so got 12 to play with tonight. Will either have some Melba toast and Nutella or mini eggs. Gonna have a mullerlight in a min see if that can maybe stave off the sweet cravings for a while! Xxx

Not too bad in myself but have awful earache, so have just taken some ibuprofen, hoping it will kill the pain!

Yeah I always have 10-15 almost everyday, but thought a lower syn day may help me out - if I don't manage to resist the chocs I will still be under syns so it's all good either way!

How are you love? Any news on the house?? Xxx

Well done you! I keep eating everything in sight. constantly hungry! Only news on the house is that the last company I rented from went bust so they can't use them for a reference now. Just got to keep waiting :(

Ahh I saw that on your diary Hun, what a pain ey? I'm done with food for today now, currently having a little snooze on the chair while OH does some work and watches MOTD - this is where my sat night sleep ALWAYS starts haha!

I'm going to be soo pleased if I manage a 100% week - it will be the first one ive done in around 5 weeks, which is crazy! I'm showing 3lbs off which would be lovely, but 1lb or more and I will be chuffed just to help get me back into the swing of sticking to plan and losing consistently! X

Hi all :) I am having a mega hungry day today (I think I've caught it from Fran haha!) but am restraining myself so far!

B- ready brek (part HEX B) milk (1/2 HEX A) maple syrup (2 SYNS) apple, mullerlight.

L- homemade carrot, swede and potato soup (superfree a-gogo!!) 1x Melba toast for croutons (1 SYN) sunbites (6 SYNS)

D- 2 x WW sausages (1 SYNS) mash (made with milk - from HEX A) gravy (0.5 SYN) carrots, mixed veg.

10.5 SYNS for the day so far. About to make up some SW quiche - may have nibble on those when they are fresh :)

Soo close to my 100% week, long may it continue!!!

Not really planned tomorrows food yet, but am thinking green day:-

B- bacon and onion sw quiche/frittata (1 SYN) apple

S- 2x Alpen light (HEX B)

L- jacket, cheese (HEX A) salad.

D- wholemeal toast (HEX B2) flora light (2 SYNS) baked beans, muller light.

Lol, I am the hungry hungry hippo. I've not been as bad today.

Don't forget to syn the bacon in your quiche if you are doing green :)

Ahh yes I thought that, I will count 1syn as I only had half a slice and am lucky if there were two little bits in it haha!
