I will do lovely!! In terms of how bad I've been recently I've had a fab week, one day of flexi synning at 9 over is 1 million times better than I have been, so really hoping I get a loss, but have a feeling it may only be a small one - luckily I'm finally back in the plodding on frame of mind, so know to just keep at it next week and the week after etc! How do you think you've done this week Fran?
Today's food plan:-
B- choc orange hifi, apple.
L- chicken salad, light mayo (1 SYN)
D- chilli con carne (1 SYN) tomatoes, passata, onions, 3 peppers, chillis, rice/SW chips.
Mars bar ice cream - 7 SYNS.
