Hello!! How many cals do you eat a day alpaca?

Today is just under 1200... Sometimes it's just under 1000... But I have a desk job and very slow metabolism ... So I guess it's ok

I think i will try a week or two lower cals to see if it makes a difference for me.

Well yesterday i was about 1500-600 I will try a bit less today but I am 1.5 pound down already!! That could be water weight tho... Or gravity ;-)

I will continue and see how it goes... Maybe I was just being a bit greedy.

Greedy is fine on Atkins but a slight tweak maybe all that's needed ...
