Soooooooo, I signed up to my fitness pal to see just how much I am eating, I have never usually done this with Atkins but thought it may help. I was slightly worried about my calories though... I know everyone says not to worry about calories but I put in today's menu and it's already at 2500!! How do you get enough fat without the calories going through the roof?? What's the goal for grams of fat per day and grams of protein?? I'm only at 15g carbs for everything I plan to eat today. It's all so confusing!! Help please!
