feel good today jim..had kippers and scrambled eggs for brek and leftover mince and lettuce for lunch!!! not sure what delights dinner hold for me but im sure it will be involving chicken. still not lost anything...do you guys think its just coz i changed from exante last thurs?? its only been a week i guess but im champing at the bit to get under 11st...i dont seem to be eating any different from other people on here yet still no loss.
 
It will be the change, I didn't lose anything for a couple of weeks when I changed over, don't forget you are going from 600 cals to what feels like a million even though it isn't! Don't worry - it will start coming off soon xx
 
I feel your pain Laura... It's a non budging week for me ... For absolutely no reason! Grrr.... And sigh! :)
 
i will soldier on though you know me tho...misery loves company and that just happens to be all you guys lol night night..got a 5am start tmro, course for work over in glasgow, or glasvegas as i like to call it xxx

morning all!! been up since 5am and in glasgow waiting on a course starting for work...totally going home for a nap afterwards tho...had cheesy scrambled eggs for breakfast and a coffee with cream now just sipping water

hello all!!! so after spending the day reading up on the science behind low carb (yeah so im a geek?) I have came to the conclusion that coffee is not doing me any favours on the losing weight front...when I done atkins about 6 years ago and got down to 9.5 stone I wasnt having any coffee or tea and recently I think ive been overdoing it. Same goes for cheese, I think ive been having over the recommended amount too regularly. so this week is gonna be a conscious effort to eat clean and green with no coffee (grumpy times here we come) limited cheese and no sweetner...just to see if this makes a radical difference, also going to up my water from 2l to 3l. i really would love to lose 7lbs before december 2nd. wish me luck.x

Morning Laura, that's some early start love. I agree with you on the Coffee, they say now it doesn't make a difference, but I changed to decaf way back then and have stuck to it. I'm the same with the cheese as well love
 
helloooo i may give the no cheese thing a bash to see if it helps...got a cracker of a headache today from no caffeine!!!
 
I have a mix of the two, caffeine during the day and decaf at night when I am at home so I don't get too bad a headache. I think I do drink too much coffee, especially at weekends but I do love the stuff!

me too bren i really love it but need to at least give myself a few weeks off it to see if its the culprit.
 
Hello Laura... I think I'm going to take a month off coffee and cheese! I want to get really serious for the next month - that is after I've finished the yummy sausages from Marks I've got in the fridge and the cheese that needs to be eaten first ... But after they've gone it's water and rations til Christmas! Lol :)
 
im really interested to see if we lose more and regularly..well actually id be happy to lose 1lb!! my headache is gone now but im oddly hungry!!! will go home and have roasted chicken breasts with mayo and braised leeks mmm
 
Oooo... That sounds yummy Laura... I've been feeling more hungry lately - I just try and ignore it! Lol :)
 
i dont know why i was so hungry its weird...i still have a bit of a fog from.caffeine withdrawal but im hoping i will feel better tmro. actually my engagement ring feels a bit looser
 
I'm with you on the ring front not been able to wear my engagement and wedding ring for nearly 2 years - they fit again now after just 2 weeks on Atkins - when I put them back on got all excited and showed hubby - and I couldn't believe it when he said he hadn't even noticed I wasn't wearing them - MEN !!!
