Poor things, the first couple of days are the hardest, and Laura, I could not have coped without coffee when I was on Exante, it was my lifeline! I used to have half a shake about 10am, other half at 12.30 then half a bar about 3pm, full soup at 7pm and then the other half bar at 9pm so I didn't go to bed hungry till ketosis kicked in. And lots of water and coffee in between lol. Keep at it, you know it works xxx
