Morning Laura!! Well I couldn't not weigh lol.....so two days down and just starting the third, and 1lb off!

Not a huge dent but going in the right direction, So back at 10st 9lbs now!

Only 1lb more and then I too am into virgin blubber territory :0)

Not hungry this morning either, so I'm hoping to god the Keto fairy has arrived! Massively cold hands and feet too so I think maybe she has :0)

I did exactly the same Laura, up from my usual 66 to 67 kilos to over 69 - it just goes on so easily when you go back on carbs, one day back on atkins and I am back down to just over 68, so 2lbs overnight for me too, bloody water!!!

all i can smell is lush from my wrapped presents so im guessing they are from lush lol. feeling the dreaded headache today grrr feel like ive been dipped in a barrell of OMG :-( Went and got waxed within an inch of my life just now at least it took my mind off food tho

its going ok so far exante is really tough but it does produce results and thats the only.reason im doing it lol really have to do this last wee bit.before the wedding...

I had an OMG moment at bokwa last night, 10 kilos on my height is a lot, and after Crimbo I am going back on Exante to get back in the clothes I was wearing before I lost Dad, just cannot do it on Atkins, can stabilise on it but not lose any more than water weight.

thats exactly me bren too...and i so wish it.wasnt true but hey!! exante isnt forever? at least we know we can maintain with atkins and have lots of lovely food.

yeah im determined bren even if im not my ideal size for my wedding im a damn sight better than i was...and i will be continuing after we come back from cuba too till i reach 9stone!!
