cant believe its monday again weekend goes all too quick!! day 1 of zumba today I hope I like it!! got my heart rate monitor all good to go as well. Just ordered a book, you may think im mad but its called the new rules of lifting for women its all about women lifting heavy weights...not to bulk up or anything but to replace the fat with muscle and to burn more cals in a resting state. read a wee bit online and it sounded interesting. have a lovely monday peeps x
