Really pants I've gone and blown it again & this time with McDonald's and lots of chocolate!!
I found Cambridge too depriving and boring, calorie counting is great but the more calories I'm allowed the more I end up wanting & hungrier I seem to be! And allowing myself treats just makes me want even more..
I need to take bad foods and chocolate and treats out of the equation altogether. I'm going back to solely eating clean foods - cereals, lean protein like chicken and salmon, granary bread and potatoes, fruit and veg and plenty of water. And lowering my calories down to 1050-1200 a day. Think I'm the sort of person who needs restriction to be successful! x
Im hoping I get my breaking point next week. I am on holiday in Prague for a week with the husband. I am hopnig by sticking to 3 meals a day for a week will set me off good for the remainder of the diet.
