Really pants :( I've gone and blown it again & this time with McDonald's and lots of chocolate!!

I found Cambridge too depriving and boring, calorie counting is great but the more calories I'm allowed the more I end up wanting & hungrier I seem to be! And allowing myself treats just makes me want even more..

I need to take bad foods and chocolate and treats out of the equation altogether. I'm going back to solely eating clean foods - cereals, lean protein like chicken and salmon, granary bread and potatoes, fruit and veg and plenty of water. And lowering my calories down to 1050-1200 a day. Think I'm the sort of person who needs restriction to be successful! x

I'm the same - the past couple of days have been a nitemare. I tend to find my problem is loneliness. When I am lonely I eat for Britain!

For me it's when I'm lonely or when I'm with my OH and baby. I'm just terrible! I've lost all self control and I'm struggling to find it again :(

I know how you feel Hunni but u need to break this cycle! I know you can do it x

Keep me posted if u like! Here when u need a chat or to vent!!! Stop beating yourself up about the food xxx
 
Im hoping I get my breaking point next week. I am on holiday in Prague for a week with the husband. I am hopnig by sticking to 3 meals a day for a week will set me off good for the remainder of the diet.
