Mmm feeling nice and full after lunch!
Breakfast: 2 satsuma
Snack: 3 jelly sweets
Lunch: whole meal roll, ham, light cheese, lettuce, chicken and lettuce salad with fat free French dressing
Snack: 4 portions of melon and handful of red grapes
Dinner: battered haddock, with SW chips and salad (13syns)
Snack: melon, strawberry and kiwi 4 servings. Pasta n sauce (3 syns for milk, forgot I ate cheese at lunch arghhhh!)
Snack: 4 servings of grapes!
Will be going syn free tomorrow and Friday writing my food plan as I type! ^.^
