Lea - don't listen to a word of it - you look beautiful and anyone who says otherwise is seriously jealous! I always say, so it's ok for you to be slim but it won't suit me! Shuts em up.
It's funny how we are desperate to get into another stone bracket and the minute we do we can only think of getting into the next bracket! I felt great when I was about 13.12 but felt fat and frustrated when I was 13.1! Now I am desperate to get under 11 stones - a weight I could only dream of 6 months ago. You'll no doubt be the same in the near future.
As far as clothing is concerned, maybe try to borrow something from a friend of a similar weight? I am beginning to regret having bought size 14s along the way as most are too big now so have only got about a months wear out of them them. Fortunately most were sale items.
Just had another session with Chris - it's getting easier!

I am good thanks, had my weigh in today and finally in healthy BMI so very happy tonight.

I've been in a strange mood today, been feeling quite low and reflecting on last night...
We had a lovely night but we are very different; he's very serious and money orientated and I'm neither!! I think it's the fact we're so different that initially attracted me but I can't see it working - i'd drive him crazy lol!! We've spoken, he understands. We may meet up for a drink in a few weeks but I think it's more likely we'll leave it there xx

Ooh - that all sounds exciting - have I missed something?!
Oh yes i know exactly where she's getting it from....nursery lol its rife there, one of those things that prob passes to everyone and by the time it gets back round to Ella a few months have passed haha. Had to stop exercise for a day or 2 grrr have done something to my hip and now it keeps clicking when i walk which produces this delightful sound but hey ho i'll just rest and take analgesia and i'll be fine
Got another 68lbs to get to 14 stone which gets me under 30bmi but i will want to lose another 21lbs after that to have a healthy bmi but certainly not thinking of that goal until im near my first haha

Hey diary hey guys so sorry i havent been on i have just been so busy and had ab loads on so i better fill u in x
on thursday my friend whos 81 was diagnosed with skin cancer she lost her daughter this xmas to cancer and doesnt really have any family so im kinda her adopted family x she was very down and i wanted to cheer her up so offered to spend the afternoon with her she had the choice to do whatever she wanted ! she chose tea out at the manner barn and i was feeling abit mmmmmmmm great eatting but after weighing it up i figured her needs were more than mine and this diet so we went out for 3 hours to a course meal x i enjoyed it but have to admit it was tainted with a great no loss this week and prob a gain great stuff spesh beng so late in the week so it was salad for starters im veggi so had to have salad and stuffed butternut squash for main then a cake for dessert and diet coke to drink was a lovely meal in a lovely resurant and she really enjoyed it so was worth it infact she got a little emotional about it and was really chuffed x then thursday evening my cousin rang me crying and sobbing as shes struggling at home at the moment sooooooo i then offered to take her out she wanted to hit town ! and i have nothing to wear great so i plastered on my make up in 10 mins flat had to wear jeans and a cream corset too big ! and we hit town i didnt drink but at 4 am we ordered pizza and i ate some with her as she asked me to ! Why oh why does everyone want to eat together i actually hate it but it was my choice so wasnt a binge and i dont really regret it because again she was cheered up x
then friday night at the dogs for my friends bday ! i went shopping in new look as after the night before having nothing to wear i just couldnt take another night of no nice clothes so i bought 2 dresses and a jacket (pictures to follow tonight ) both look nice both are alot smaller than anything i have ever bought before and i love them oh and a pair of black killer heels because all my shoes dont fit either and i got all dressed up and i liked it alot x didnt win much mind u casino after was dull just v much not my sceane as ppl were betting loads and i mean radic money on them tables and sensible me was mortified by it all cant tell u ! well after thursday i didnt eat all day or night i felt rammed and not hungry at all but my stomachs bloated and im sad to have to accept a gain this week but cant be helped sometimes and it will be my first one since starting so a little hard to swallow no pun intended x well tonight its my friends bday party and i also have my friends hair to dye and lashes and brows to do as shes starting to glam up abit after losing 18stone sooooooo another good deed today to do but if karma is true then im awaiting my return ! ha ha ha anyways thats me over this week and im sorry i havent been on and i abandonded u all but i honestly didnt think anyone would even realise but suppose u did so thank u katie and daisy xxxxx will catch up later x
