Ha ha they're only my scrubs as I'm cleaning but trust u to notice the top lol x and yeah 18blocks so nxt time yr at the super market u stack up them 18blocks and then tell me yr not pleased x well done again it's just fab x

Thanks Lea, you just made me really smile. I was being kinda hard on myself as i want all my weight to be gone like NOW, and was hoping for a bigger loss. but your right, 18 block of lard is alot of yuckyness xx

Hope you've got a belt to hold those chinos up!!! Just think - when we were gaining weight our clothes got tighter and tighter and we looked like stuffed sausages until we bought the next size up. Now we're complaining that our clothes are too loose, too baggy and make us look too big! Hmmph - we're just never satisfied!

No my weigh in is on a Sunday usually around 10am x today's been pants x solicitor rang and there is so many holes for my ex to jump through to get his way it's annoying so a bit anxious about the 11th but oh well x had a visit from the council saying I let my dogs run around the alley way !!! And they had had a complaint ! My dogs are chihuahuas worth over £500 each so y would I be so stupid to let them run free ! I showed her the evidence of my psyco neighbour and she just laughed and said yes don't worry about it seen as my back garden is locked in and no escape routes ! Then my front door got knocked off its lower hinge so I had to DIY that ! So now I'm laid in the bath relaxing as I need half an hour to myself or I will actually explode ! I really feel life's a bit pants ATM and the world on my shoulders and I know I said I wouldn't moan but I need to off load lol sorry it's in yr reply Katie but this isn't aimed at u xxxxxx anyway may as well finish my update ..... Laid in the bath while they all scoff KFC downstairs and I'm ok with that except my wobble of belly flab is floating around in the bath and it's awful ! I'm not joking I think the more spare skin I get the more it floats to the top of the water when I lay in the bath and it looks awful no joke ! Does anyone else get that or is it just me !!!!!! On a plus note mike can win today I don't wanna do it ! I just wanna relax and not think about stuff and he can tut and moan all he wants I don't wanna do it ! Let's call this a trial separation and we will rekindle our love tomoz xxxxx I'm going to prune pluck and shave tonight get in my pjs and just do nothing but drink black tea black coffee and water ! Wow what a moaning cow I am the positive attitude didn't last long ooohhhh and to top it off mum started cd 3 weeks ago and she caved last night taking her time to describe every aspect of her binge of meals crisps chocolate the lists endless and I really could have done without it today but chatted to her and she's back on it today ! Where's my mummy coaching sessions hey ! Good job I have minis ! But she did buy my a hand whisker from my cd as a present to cheer me up cos times are hard lmao x but hey good thing about rock bottom is it can't get any lower right and I haven't ran to food I'm coping! Yes I'm coping and I'm 100% ss and I'm thinner than I was a few weeks ago so roll on tomoz !

Hello my lovely. Just a quick message as got to do school pick up. Sorry you have been having such a pants time again. But, the fab thing is that you have not turned to food for comfort. So, once you get through this crap period of your life you will come out the other end looking even more amazing than you already do. Be proud of yourself and do what i do. . . have showers instead of baths-no floating flabs that way. x

I think when yr concentrating on what u have to lose u forget how great what u have lost is and I'm no better but that's why we come on here for that reminder and support x well done again u have done fab x

Yeah maybe showers are the way forward been dousing myself in creams and bio oil but I don't think it works tbh !!!! Oh well least our clothes are smaller lol

I'm off to the cinema tonight with my mum to watch snow white and the huntsman x I like the cinema as I'm not tempted to cheat and Friday night is always my hardest night ! Feeling a bit anxious right now because wi on Sunday and like I always say every week and I know it bores u all but I feel now like I'm going to have a crappy reading on them scales ! It's weird because when I was heavier I didn't get so scared and as each week passes I get more and more anxious !!!! How bizzare think I'm starting to put too much pressure on myself x it's the school fair tomoz so hopefully with a busy weekend I will chill and forget about it a little x

Well it's the summer fair so going to be plenty of goodies on display to temp me away from cd whhhooooo why is every aspect of yr life now a temptation x not worried though because with worries about Sunday I can't afford to cheat x film was nice last night x anyways better pretty myself up a little x

The film was good thanks snow white one not amazing but watchable but really enjoyed just relaxing tbh and not having anything to worry about x weather was lovely for the school fate and kids really enjoyed it they have come home with their nails done and hair sprayed multi coloured not a great look but who cares as long as they are happy x the smell of fried onion was a killer today i could have eaten a bowl ful with tomato saurce mmmmm but i didnt ! other than that nothing else really tempted me because all the teachers and kids parents kept asking me about my weight loss and said how well i had done and looked great so was i real spur me on tool ! and it was lovely of them tbh x just had my cousin and her husban round the ones who got married in june and shes 10 weeks pregnant and totally over the moon x really pleased for them but with the way they are talking i think it may be a rude awakening when it comes poor things but im sure they will think its worth it x At the school fate they were selling 4 dum bells and ankle weights and i thought maybe this may be fate so i bought them only £3 so i have strapped the weights on and im trying to tidy a bit in the house and i defo can feel they are on there but what was quite weird is that i reckon they only weigh a little maybe a few pound and just think in march i was carrying an extra 4st 10 wow really odd how i cant tell the difference with how much weight i was carrying then but a couple of ankle weights and i can just goes to show hey x x x anyways best get some stuff done x
