Over the christmas and new year period I went off the rails a little ...... shot up to 12st 10lbs which was a gain 6.4lbs
Sad times..... however, as of today, I am at 12st 7.8lbs which is a loss off 2.2lbs - it doesn't count towards my pledge though ; need to get back to 12st 3.6lbs for that!
