I am also giving up wine and bread at the moment im find it both fine..until saturday night when my partner sits on the sofa with some cans of beer! I will not drink wine lol!!
 
Still facebook free, and im ok with it!! Thought id miss it like crazy, but its not sooo bad. The weekend could be a challenge tho, lol x
 
And I'm still chocolate free!

Although was tempted to have a choccie biccie earlier, but resisted!;)

Same, almost wish it was tho! Neither coffee or takeaways were involved in the food abuse but I am meant to be 14st on Monday and reeeealllly don't think it's gunna happen :'(

Day 3 done and no chocolate :) going to friends tommorrow for a back to skool night and think she is making a chocolate pud..... Need to stay strong and not have any, should really make a pud maybe then I'll have a choice x
 
Day 3 achieved. I've had a takeaway but it was well within my syns and half my plate was salad without dressing.
 
Managed to get through last night! Had to syn half tbsp of oil (3) for SW chips, could I find frylight anywhere yesterday?????

Managed a small NSV, by actually measuring shorts! 4 G&T's (8) slimline tonic!

Total 11 syns for the day, HeA - 250ml Glass of milf, HeB - 30g Dorset muesli.

Now today is going to be really difficult! Out for lunch for OH's DD 21st! Only an all you can eat Chinese buffet! Stay strong!
