Not sure if this will post....
I got some pasta sauce from Marks and Spencer - didn't realise its got a fatty cheese in it.... Decided to splurge and have the who jar on my more than adequate pasta.
Also had a container of beetroot - it was yum!
I normally just have soya milk and weetabix (or asda equivalent) for breakfast but I had some cows milk to use up so mixed that with the last of the soya milk from that carton.

Lunch was a guestimate - I had a Morrisons Ham Salad from the cafe whihc was ham (loads), salad and what looked to be about a tablespoon of coleslaw.
Had weetabix and yogurt for breakfast - made it filling, but expensive points-wise.
Decided to end the day on pasta and sauce - back to my asda fave!

The porridge was still lumpy today - I might get some quickoats and have them next time - but how do I point them with soya milk?
I know I had a lot of coucous - a throwback from SW - but thats the smallest I can account for water with - and I like pure sodge somedays. Try telling myself I need the fibre

Decided to have a pannini for lunch today. The cafe at work does them in two halfs and is rather large together so have counted it as 2.... it wasn't cafe Nero but the one in the office building where I "work"
Dinner is my attempt at making a pasta sauce ... I'll let you know how it all works out... worked out OKish - at least I have got my veg in for today *smile*
