Got weighed Friday 5th and 2 'On Plan' days, what a good idea, 2 dog walks, loads of exercise clearing the loft, not enough water but really want to stick to onplanuary
5/31 was a bit of a fail. I walked the dogs, I stuck to good food choices all day but then ate some chocolate and cheese spread on crackers , all because I had a drink or 2 or 3
Ended on 12,240 steps so not bad, but far to many gins.
No sugar FAIL i had a Danish cookie
No animal fats FAIL i had a poached egg and sofa bread which has milj
No wine FAIL i had one glass
Exercise YES 2KM walk
