Sleep well- check
Exercise-check, just went for a walk and slow peddle for 15as was a rest day
Diet- not so good but not too bad- am going to have 2 lean days to make up for it
The early rise peddling like mad seems to be working.
Currently listening to Tori Amos and remembering the 90s, ha, when I used to this a lot I was 6 stones lighter. Gonna get there again.
