Ok girls, I'm in complete and utter shock. I just found out today after missing my period by a day that I'm pregnant with my fourth. I'm completely in shock, definitely wasn't planned! My littlest is only six months old :-/ and my middle just turned two. I'm literally shaking. I haven't told my husband yet, I'm ridiculously fertile!
can I still do Exante under working solution? My mind is everywhere right now!
 
OMG that must have been a shock! Especially with the youngest only just turned 6 months. You're going to have 3 under 3s at the same time. You won't need exante. You'll be too busy too eat. If I was you I would just eat as healthily as possible throughout your pregnancy. If you definitely want to do exante you would need to ask your GP first and I'd have thought simple solution would be best. You should show the GP what is in exante because I guess it is healthy but you'll need enough nutrition and calories for both you and the baby.
 
Hi Manda. Just checked. You can't do exante until 3 months after giving birth. I guess it is going to be healthy eating for you!
 
Yes I think ill do what I did the second pregnancy and just do slimming world! I hope I can stay in this forum though, I'd miss you all too much!

Aw thanks! Yes, I've put on another 4 pounds :-/ but I guess that's water retention and early pregnancy bloating right? Healthy eating it is. I won't post details so as not to put you off your TS girls but I'll keep you informed of my progress. No reason why I still can't be on my way to a 14 by Christmas!

Thank you everybody! I'm due 1st July I think, so literally very early days. Starting slimming world today so I'm going to update my signature as I've gained almost all my weight back, booooo! Oh well, life goes on! Have to eat well for baby anyway, so if I do things should still work out ok. Thanks for all your support!

Hello girls,
I lost my little baby a few days ago. I'm devastated but must carry on. So I'm back to Exante and the plan carries on as before. I will start afresh.
 
Hi Manda. I'm so sorry for your loss. I've been there too and was also devastated when it happened to me. Even though it happened many years ago I can still remember how I felt at the time.
Welcome back to exante and good luck with your new journey
