Hehe thnx was yummmm. Its really easy though, just microwave your peeled potatoes for 4min at 800watt (in microwave bowl with water in it), let them cool, grate them, let them sit in fresh cold water for a bit. Drain them, add salt and pepper, mix it all up, squeeze last fluids out.
Get non stick pan and bake. Fipping is the hard part though, had to use a really big cutting board for that and did kind of burn myself. But, worth it. Will be making this again soon, I reckon its very nice with toppings etc.
