Another good day! A bar, wafer thin quorn and AGAIN a slim n save cottage pie pack... Totally hooked! Only 3 more left though (keep stealing off my step dad bless him) sneaky weigh and I'm half a pound off a stone.. Half a pound is manageable between now n Saturday so I'm happy. Couldn't leave the gym alone as planned my workout was;
Shoulder circuit, descending reps of arnold press, front raise, uni lat press and lat raise. Followed by kettle bell upright row 4 sets of 10.
Leg workout, leg curl, leg extension, calf raises. 3 sets of 15
Then did some full body kettle bell swing will snatch and press. Four sets each side of 8, dropped to six o. Last set as was knackered!!
Oh and my work mate had my do bits of her new ab programme... It hurt to cough after. Bless her she's good at he job!!
