Day 9...
Breakfast -
Porridge - B Choice.
Soya Milk - A Allowance.
Strawberries - Speed
Sweetener - Free.
Lunch -
I made a home made minestrone soup type thing..
1 red pepper, 1 green pepper, 2 sticks of celery, half a red onion, 2 tins of tomatoes - All speed.
1 tin of haricot beans and half a cup of mini bow pasta - Free
Stock, salt, pepper, garlic, some chili and some parsley - Free.
It was lovely, really filling and healthy, The above made me a big bowl today and i also have enough for another bowl, maybe 2
2 easy peelers - Speed.
2 Dark Mint Chocolate Crisps - 2syns.
Dinner -
Quorn Mince Bolognaise -
Quorn Mince - Free
Onions, Red Pepper, Mushrooms, Tin of Tomatoes - Speed.
Lots of herbs and Spices - Free
Spaghetti - Free
A Small grating of cheese - Rest of A Allowance.
Snack -
I made some spicy Quorn meat balls. These are syn free, I just got a bag of them and coated them in garlic, salt and pepper, and some other spices with Fry Light and baked them in the oven, just to be able to grab a savory syn free snack - Really nice!
Bag of Pop Corn - 4 syns.
Small bar of dark mint chocolate - 5 syns.
= 11 syns.
Felt really positive today, and happy that I have batched cooked both my meals so I know I have things ready to go tomorrow or the day after so I wont be tempted to have anything bad out of laziness! Lol Happy Slimming guys X
