I'm saying nothing!! Haha.
On another point I did today what I am not supposed to do. I weighed in mid week and then got annoyed because at the moment the scales show no movement!! I have to remind myself that right up until the day before that can happen. If I don't remind myself I run their risk of going silly with cutting back and I mustn't.
Today I have had an apple for breakfast (I know it's not enough but I ate it and meant to go back for more but got caught up in "stuff"
Lunch was stir fry veggies with quorn
Dinner will be actifry chips, beans and either quorn grill steaks or LM sausages. I know there is very little super free or, what do we call it now, speed foods in that meal. Who am I kidding there is NO speed food but the shopping is being delivered at 8.00pm and we have literally no fruit and veg left as I already ate it all today!! I think lunch made up for it.
I ordered courgettes in my shopping so will be making courgetti spaghetti a'la Kay this week for one meal. Yummy.
