Friday :) I'll be interested to see how lazy I am or otherwise. Will be packing my new hoop :)

Can't really wear watch around the pool though so it won't track the laps around back to the stray of the lazy river haha.
 
Hill running now that sounds awful haha.

Really looking forward to getting away for a few days :) just the four of us. Have loads of fun stuff booked like pottery painting etc :) I'm such a kid

3lb this week :) it's literally falling off at the moment and I'm loving it.

I've ordered a kettle bell to collect today. Apparently they are good for core strength and after two kids that's a problem area!!!

I love my kettlebells but not suppose to do them at mo. Like I'm not suppose to do squats.:rolleyes:

I need to get to Brighton to go on that new i360 tower they have on the sea front now.:)

I'm looking forward to giving it a go :) I'm not a fan of the i360 tbh as I can think of a million and one things that the money could have been spent on in this city however it's here now. Opens today actually I believe. I have no doubt we will end up on it at some point.

How do you feel @lickthelid is there anything you feel you are doing differently to before or do you just feel super focused??

Feeling good :) waiting for the clothing to catch up but having to rock a belt at the moment with my jeans!! Yes jeans. In August. Hmmm.

I'm not doing anything new apart from a bit of exercise but am still continuing to use MFP to monitor portion size. It's really helping clearly :)

Great Loss. Kettle Bell is hard work and good for the core and arms, and legs if your Doug squats etc
Are you following a workout DVD?

I'm thinking of getting one but to start with I'll get the feel for it with YouTube instructionals I think before I invest. However if you have any recommendations for good ones I'm all ears!! My husband knows a personal trainer so is going to ask him if he does kettle bells and can I have a session just to understand the right moves so I don't kill myself
 
Thanks Mary I'll have a look through. I looked at the last page and have seen the kettlercise thing they have mentioned online. It looks a bit intense for a total beginner but I'm willing to give it a punt. :)
 
Well done Sam! Super loss- maybe you're on to something with the portion size thing and MFP really helps to at least be aware of portion sizes. Things like pasta & potatoes are really easy to overdo (something I am def guilty of).
Wow a kettlebell! I always look at them but just know it would turn into a door stop :rolleyes: I'll be interested to hear how it goes!
