Omg those brownies sound divine!! Thanks for that I just read the whole article and am going to start on her blog. I can see myself going totally vegan at some point in my life. Not ready for the leap just yet but maybe as little one gets older and dinners become less complex I can do it. I'm already minimal dairy so it's not a massive leap . Thanks for this it's really adding fuel to my dietary fire!!
