Got a bit behind, life is just too hectic at the moment. Yesterday was horrendous food wise, went with DH to Wetherspoons for breakfast, didn't think of working out the calories until I was on my way home and found breakfast was over 1500 calories, so shock horror there, and we had planned Dominos Pizza for dinner before going off to Wembley to watch the footie. Only had 1 slice of pizza as still wasn't hungry by dinner time and a slice of the cheesecake that my son had made. So all well and good so far, but then when we got home from footie and 12.30am, I was starving and promptly ate another 2 slices of pizza and another slice of cheesecake. Hence I am now hungry this morning, so will have to start on the water quickly. So WI so far this week.... with a slight alteration from the other day as I didn't add up properly.... I put on a whopping 5lb after my 2 UP days which weren't even too bad really, guess it was the alchohol that did it.

Sunday - Didn't weigh
Monday - Post 2 UP days (193.6lb) +5lb
Tuesday - Post DD (didn't eat at all) 190.4lb (-3.2lb) +1.8lb
Wednesday - Post UD 191.4lb (+1lb) +2.8lb
Will I get a loss this week? Who knows. I do keep considering doing another month of SnS, but then my head says lose it all slowly as I am happy with what I am doing, but my weight just isn't going down quick enough for me, so yet again, dieting is screwing with my head....
