Okay, well I dug them out, was going to use them and then remembered that I hadn't taken my probiotic tablet for about a week, and this was probably the reason for my problem. I have started taking them again and everything is now well in that department, so never actually took the husks....
 
On second DD today, yesterday I did not think I was going to be able to make this a DD too as my head was all in the wrong place, but have got up this morning feeling much more positive about it, I have also made other plans that I can experiment with, and may do that next week as I am not really liking doing 2 DD together, I cannot tell myself on a DD that it will be okay coz I can eat tomorrow. Thinking next week of having DD of Monday, Wednesday, Friday and UD of 1500 calories on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday with an uncounted UD on Saturday.... may give that a try as that will equate to the same amount of calories as this week will.

So Saturday Official WI 187.6lb loss of 0.8lb

Sunday - 191.6lb (+ 4lb) - strange as I didn't eat much over 2000 calories and have drunk no alcohol.
Monday - 190.4lb (-1.2lb) +2.8lb (very strange but it is TOTM so body all over the place)
Tuesday - 187.8lb (-2.6lb) +0.2lb (I never lose that much on one DD so thinking my TOTM fluid retention is going)

So going by that and having another DD today, I am hoping for a loss this week..... cannot wait to get into the 12's so getting off 6lb to get there would be great...

Managed to stick to a DD by the skin of my teeth, did go over by 37 calories, but that was because I had a piece of cheese and it was supposed to be 10g in weight but it was 18g and I couldn't be bothered to cut it in half.... lol. Not sure that doing an extra DD after the other was good though for a couple of reasons. I found it very hard knowing I couldn't eat again the next day on the first day. I felt awful yesterday and spent the day on the sofa which is what I did when on CD for 4 months as I had no energy etc (yes I know I have no energy because of this flippin ME/CFS but this is even worse) and the extra weight loss I got today wasn't even a pound for all my hard work. So here is todays WIs...

Really well done for sticking yesterday, im full of admiration given how crap i was in the end! Totally agree with DD, doesn't suit me at all either. As im now on another (proper!) DD least my days aren't messed up. You could try an ID fri and sun? Or just one of the two? Nt ideal but to get ur days back and make sure u don't waste te effort u out in to the DDD?
I think am beig thick, but ur not on first week of juddd so no reason ur loss should be water, it must be fat?! (re CD a small part of my brain considered going back on it for a wk or 2, what is it about that diet?!!)
 
Yes I told my DH I might go back on CD for a month to shift a stone as I have a month worth of packets left. But then I have lots of social things coming up. I don't even lose tons on CD either. Thats why I changed in the first place.

Yeah same, loads of products left but equally i didnt lose mega amounts really for all the pain of the thing, and as u say zero good in social situations! I just have to face facts, i knkw judddering works...if i dont bine on UD's (thats what im calling yest seeing as was second DD!)

So my plan today was sausage sandwich for lunch as I ate the rest of the ham yesterday. But boys and DH polished them off in their sandwiches. Decided to go to Tesco and buy a ready made sandwich (500 cals) and then I know I would have bought a pack of 4 eclairs and polished them off (200 cals each) and totally blown any good work done yesterday. But I managed to talk myself out of going there so really pleased. It's all because yesterday made me feel deprived. Have had a big bowl of porridge now and am stuffed so all is well for the time being.
 
I think ur awesome Linda! Dieting and ur illness do not go hand in hand but YOU ARE DOING IT!! Keep it up missus and a two handed high five for the porridge vs processed sarnie victory! x
 
You lose the water when your body goes into ketosis, I believe. So if you're a quick keto'r like I am its possible..!

I had a terrible totm this month so I can sympathise there. It will get easier.. keep at it xx

When I was on CD 3 years ago, I had the contraceptive injection and then had TOTM very very heavily for 6 weeks, even the tablets the doctor gave me to stop it didn't work, I couldn't even leave the house unless I dosed up with paracetemol for 24 hours beforehand as this was slow the bleeding..... dont want to go through that again.

I am very slow at ketosis, intact even though I was 100% Sole Source on CD the first time I never went into ketosis, I am sure my CDC thought I was cheating, but I definately wasn't.... so hungry and depressed for the whole 4 months.
 
Was very pleased when I got on the scales today, especially after my shock with the mayonnaise yesterday lunchtime..... still not sure what to do for the rest of the week, but might try the DDD because I want a DD tomorrow for WI on Saturday and to be able to have 2 UP days Saturday and Sunday as we may be going to Thorpe Park again. I think I am just an adrenalin junkie!!

Bit disappointed this morning, DD yesterday, stuck to it and came in below 500 calories, plenty of water. We won our quiz night at the pub last week and had a £20 voucher for last night and I drank fizzy water, no alcohol and still only managed to be 0.6lb down after a DD. Dont think I have ever lost that small amount after a DD so rather disappointed. WI for week.

So not looking like I will be losing much more than 0.8lb which is what I lose on a normal week. If it
wasn't WI tomorrow I know I would lose it big time today and my DD would def turn into an out of control UD, but I am too worried about my WI tomorrow to fail today.... not in a good place at the moment.
 
Really pleased this morning, have lost 2.4lb this week doing 2 DD days.... am going to try Hannatas way of JUDDDing this week and eating until 5pm tomorrow and then not eating (only drinking coffee with milk and water and coke zero) until 5pm Monday, then eating until 5pm Tuesday, etc.... seeing what happens. So with the loss today that makes me more than 2 stone down since starting dieting....

So nice UP day today, already had a cinnamon whirl for breakfast.... dont tend to really eat lunch on a Saturday, but off out now to buy something nice for dinner.... thinking steak and chips with onion rings, tomatoes, peas and mushrooms..... yum yum. Then a bottle of red wine to follow (half each with DH)..... sounding good to me!!

Linda! Congrats, well chuffed for u, great result! Im Upping today and wondering when/how i start han's way tomoz? May have to ask the expert lol. Well done again babe, u so deserved that result xxx
