Saturday!! Why are the weekends a blinking mine field?!! Had a friends 30th last night everyone decided not to eat but I didn't drink either as I've abused syns all week! Defo gone over syns
but I'm going to counter act it and try sneak in an extra cardio session today, though I did dance last night (I don't need alcohol to get me on the dance floor
) However all the other designated drivers left at 9:45... I was out till 1am. Again, although I didn't eat much it just wasn't eating the right things. I weighed straight after gym and yoga out of curiosity and it said I'd lost 2.5lbs but I know I was dehydrated so a few hrs later after a drink and some food it said I'd lost a lb so I'm really hoping as I've done a lot of body magic this week that I can at least lose a pound. Going to do food shop after so need to get my act together!!!
