Today's food- Bf: oat so simple original (made with water) 5pp Nutella 2pp L: Chicken, broccoli & carrot crispbake 9pp (First time I'd tried it and it was really good) Uncle bens savoury chicken rice 10pp Salad 0pp <img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=143514"/> I did have salad with it but had taken photo before putting salad on plate lol Then a muller light coconut yogurt 2pp T: Salad 0pp Cous Cous 5pp Crumbed ham 1pp Snacks: Banana 0pp Curly wurly 3pp Nume popped crisps 2pp Coffee 2pp 38pp + 3 of my weeklies ? Roll on weigh in tomorrow
I thought you'd invented invisible salad then ;-) I'm sorry that Iceland was a disappointment, definitely try the other ones, they do seem to vary quite a lot. X PS-Good Luck for tomorrow x
Ha ha no the salad was real, I was just too eager to take a photo! Yeh I will defo try the other icelands to see if I save some money. Thanks, I'm nervous as I sts last week even tho I was 100%, and I really wanna lose this week. My next target is 28lbs by 14th July so I have 6.5lbs to go
I really hope so, I was pretty gutted last week. Although I'm always saying to other people it's better than a gain, and I know it is but I was miffed. These past two weeks have been the first two weeks since I started where I've had no alcohol and no takeaways. I ate out once in the last two weeks but only had a baked potato in wetherspoons. I've not even been drinking fizzy juice either as even tho I drink diet which is 0pp, I'm always bloated with it. Fingers crossed x
